Validity:

Each member of the club is issued a card, the validity of which is limited to the duration of their membership in the CU Alumni Club, the maximum validity period being nine years.

- CU Alumni Club membership card with the ALIVE license

Pricing:

200 CZK - CU Alumni Club membership card

520 CZK - CU Alumni Club membership card with the ALIVE license

Renewal of the ALIVE license is subject to a fee in the amount of 320 CZK. CU Alumni Club membership cards can be exchanged for a CU Alumni Club membership card with the ALIVE license, but this exchange is subject to a fee in the amount of 520 CZK (as if a new card was being issued as replacement for a lost card etc.)

CU Alumni Club membership card with the ALIVE license: 520 CZK

This fee does not apply to replacement due to a change in personal information or a malfunction of the technical features of the card not caused by the holder or due to expiry.

No fee for a replacement card is charged if the Alumni Club member presents a report from the Police of the Czech Republic proving the card was stolen (the Alumni Club member still has to pay for the ALIVE license).
