Charles University will host a conference titled "Building Excellence in International Joint Study Programmes: Focus on the Czech Republic", focusing on international joint study programmes.

GRATIOUS AUSPICES AND HONOURABLE GUESTS:

His Excellency, the Ambassador of Lithuania, Mr. Laimonas TALAT-KELPŠA will grace the meeting with his presence and deliver a welcome address.

Deputy Ambssador of the Slovak Republic in Prague - Mrs. Marianna Neupauerová, will address the conference and support its goals.

The DAAD representatives - the world's largest funding organisation for the international exchange of students and researchers to/from Germany - will present funding possibilites and will be happy to answer any questions.

At the conference, experts from both the Czech Republic and abroad will share their experience with implementing joint study programmes and securing related grant support.

The purpose of the event is to provide participants with the necessary information on the topic, share practical experiences with the implementation of joint programmes, and facilitate potential networking with foreign universities.

The conference is intended for representatives of all public and private universities in the Czech Republic, as well as anyone involved in the issue of joint programmes, whether in terms of their implementation, financial support, or promotion.

Event participants will receive supporting methodological materials containing practical information on the topic and examples of good practices.

The language of the conference is English.

The conference will take place in-person only.
