We would like to invite you to the lecture of Prof. Dr. Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker “The Full World Needs a New Enlightenment ” presenting also the book Come on!, marking at the 50th anniversary of the Club of Rome.

Prof. Dr. Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker is a long term member of this think-tank, today he is one of the two presidents of this club. The lecture will be in English and will take place on October 12, 2017 at 10.00 a.m., in the Blue Auditorium, Celetná 20, Praha 1 under the auspices of the Rector of Charles University, Prof. MUDr. Tomas Zima, DrSc., and the Minister of Culture, Mgr. Daniel Herman.

On this occasion, Prof. von Weizsäcker will be awarded the Golden Medal of the Charles University, this festive act will be accompanied by Duo Pragensis, Miroslav Ambroš (violin) and Alžbeta Vlčková (violoncello). We also include an interview with the famous visionarist, Prof. von Weizsäcker from 2004, when he lectured for the first time in Prague, invited by our European R.M. Rilke Foundation, and the preface of the book Come on!
