Traineeship for Graduates

            * Basic information
            ******************************************************************************************
            • A practical traineeship that entails working for a foreign institution with minimum work

              hours per week.
            • Realised in cooperation with the EDUCA consortium [ URL "https://educaops.eu/"] .
            • While such an internship can be realised only after graduation, applications must be sub

              are still studying.
            • This traineeship must be completed no more than 12 months after graduation.
              Short-term mobility for PhD students (5-30 days), not available for graduates (only long

              is available).
            • The minimum duration is 2 months, and the maximum duration varies according to the condi

              EDUCA consortium. It is currently set at 3 months (depending on the use of the allocated
              case of drawing from Call 24, this can also be for 6 months.

            • This opportunity enables fresh graduates to obtain a scholarship, even after losing thei
              status.
            • Time spent on a traineeship for graduates counts towards the maximum permitted total mob

              12 months per study cycle. Calculation of the permitted length of a traineeship for grad
              takes into account all Erasmus+ mobilities completed during a study cycle.
              (If, for example, you went on an Erasmus+ study stay of 10 months' duration during your 

              then the maximum permitted length of your graduate traineeship is only 2 months.)

            * How to apply?
            ******************************************************************************************

            1.Follow the website of your faculty and basic unit to find out when and under what condit
              selection procedure takes place.
              NOTE: Although this internship is intended for future graduates, the application must be

              in advance, while one is still studying.
            2.Choose the foreign institution at which you would like to spend your stay. You can use t
              procedure:

            4.Send the completed application (signed by student and the faculty) to petra.smidova(zavi

              [ MAIL "petra.smidova(zavinac)ruk.cuni.cz"] . As soon as the application is approved by
              the European office of the CU Rectorate, forward it to: educaops(zavinac)educaops.eu [ M

            5.NOTE: The completed and confirmed application must be sent to the EDUCA consortium befor
              (before you officially finish your studies).
            6.Fill in a Learning Agreement for Traineeship [ URL "UKEN-2367-version1-

              at Charles University, and have it confirmed by the Erasmus+ coordinator at your faculty
              Office.

            7.Wait until you receive further information about the required administrative procedure:
