Rok po tragické události na FF UK univerzita podporuje odolnost ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** English see below Praha, 9. 12. 2024 – Téměř rok od tragické události na Filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karl Univerzita Karlova projekty, které přispějí k posílení odolnosti a psychické pohody jejích vyučujících a zaměstnaných. Společnou snahu o překonání následků tragédie doplňuje podpora která napomáhá kritickým a tragickým situacím předcházet. Univerzita Karlova v důsledku tragické události rozšiřuje podporu a otevírá tři nové podfo fondu UK. V návaznosti na tragickou událost je celá akademická obec UK ještě více otevřena připravena pomoci tam, kde je nejvíce potřeba. „Je velmi důležité, aby lidé, kteří byli tragickou událostí přímo zasaženi nebo se momentá cítí vnitřní napětí, zoufalství, či se domnívají, že jejich hlas není slyšen, neváhali a n Centrum resilience je zde i pro ně – nabízí podporu, bezpečné prostředí a nástroje, jak če a vrátit se k vnitřnímu klidu a rovnováze. Žádat o pomoc není projevem slabosti, ale první uzdravení,“ uvedl vedoucí prvního Centra resilience na akademické půdě v České republice J tak vzniká prostor, kde studující i pedagogové nacházejí oporu, sílu a odvahu čelit výzvám Centrum resilience je jedním z projektů, které budou nyní podporovány z nově vzniklého Fon UK. Bude financovat projekty, které se zaměřují na klíčová témata, jako je budování psychi duševní pohody, wellbeingu a silnějších komunit. Spoluprací studujících a zaměstnanců tak prostředí, kde může růst vzájemná podpora a kde se každý cítí bezpečně a začleněn. „Jsem upřímně ráda, že se podařilo dát autentické iniciativě řady našich kolegů z fakulty smysluplný tvar pamětních fondů Lenky Hlávkové a Jana Dlaska a že tato snaha našla podporu fondu Univerzity Karlovy. Pamětní fondy vnímám jako možnost aspoň částečně pokračovat tom, pedagogové dlouhodobě dbali, totiž v podpoře odborného rozvoje a mezinárodních zkušeností hudební vědy a finských a švédských studií,“ doufá děkanka Filozofické fakulty UK Eva Lehe Dalším nově vzniklým fondem je Pamětní fond dr. Lenky Hlávkové. Vznikl jako vyjádření hlub vděčnosti za práci doktorky Lenky Hlávkové, která byla jednou ze 14 obětí tragédie na FF U Ústavu hudebních věd byla duší celé katedry a vždy se snažila studující maximálně podporov Pamětního fondu je pokračovat v jejím odkazu. O podpoře aktivit studujících hudební vědy a projektech bude vždy rozhodovat správní rada nadačního fondu ve spolupráci se zástupci FF „Věříme, že seberealizace studujících i vyučujících, společné projekty a výzkumná činnost tím lékem, jak těžké situace překonávat. Skrze fond dr. Hlávkové budeme podporovat nejen s studenty oboru hudební vědy, ale všechny studující, včetně těch budoucích, z Univerzity Ka tragická událost v rodině bez podpory zamezila ve studiu,“ uvedl ředitel Nadačního fondu U fondy spadají, Tomáš Vokáč. Třetím fondem, který se Univerzita s podporou obrací ke svým studujícím i vyučujícím je Pa Jana Dlaska. Fond vznikl jako vyjádření hluboké úcty a vděčnosti doktoru Janu Dlaskovi, i ze 14 obětí střelby na FF UK. Cílem Pamětního fondu je pokračovat v jeho odkazu, zejména p růstu studujících finských studií a skandinavistiky na FF UK a celkového rozvoje oboru v Č Osobitý přístup k vnitřní odolnosti zvolili blízcí Lucie Fríbertové, která také přišla při život. Rodina a přítel Lucie za podpory nakladatelství Práh vydala Lucii posmrtně knihu je názvem Vlčí poezie. „Jde o další korálek na cestě k uzdravení. The joint effort to consequences of the tragedy is complemented by the promotion of resilience, which helps to and tragic situations. As a result of the tragic event, Charles University is extending its support and opening t funds of the CU Endowment Fund. In the wake of the tragic event, the entire UK academic co more open to solidarity and ready to help where it is most needed. "It is very important that people who have been directly affected by the tragic event, or feeling unwell, feeling inner tension, despair, or who feel that their voice is not being hesitate to get help. The Resilience Centre is there for them too - offering support, a sa and tools to face hardship and return to inner peace and balance. It was created as deep respect and gratitude for the work of Dr. Lenka Hlávková, who was one of the 14 victi at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University.
