Prorector of CU represents the rector in an appointed activity sector. Rector appoints the prorector after the university Academic Senate's statement.

Activity area of the prorector for development especially covers the sphere of strategic documents preparation in the area of investment actions and CU development and duties in the area of capital construction, reconstructions, modernization and building and accessories renovations.

The prorector's working conditions are secured by Construction Department of the Rector's Office of CU.
