Charles University would like to alert potential applicants to the website http://www.praguniversitesi.com/ and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/praguniversitesi. Both sites attempt to give the impression that they are part of CU's official representation in Turkey. Charles University has not, however, entered into a cooperation agreement with any representatives in this country. The aforementioned websites are not affiliated with CU and are not run under the auspices of the university or with its support.


The information, released by his research team at the beginning of July, that he had succeeded in discovering a possible new means of the biological treatment of so-called squamous-cell carcinoma of the head and neck, and that he had even had it patented, attracted a massive amount of attention from not only the media, but also the general public. About the University

Karolinum Press has become the first Czech publisher to link up with ebrary, the global distributor of specialist monographs in electronic form. Starting in April 2014, it will disseminate e-books via university libraries. A total of sixty-seven e-books published by Karolinum Press are currently available through ebrary. By the end of 2014 Karolinum Press plans to make over 200 titles available as e-books.
