            * The Information and Advisory Centre of CU

            In 1996 Charles University in Prague opened an Information and Advisory Centre (IAC of CU)

            services are available to Czech and international students and everybody else interested i
            IAC is composed of three departments: the Department of Information Services, the Departme
            Services and the Office for students witch special needs. The Centre provides information 

            various seminars on studies at CU (degree programmes, non-degree programmes, lifelong educ
            abroad programmes, exchange programmes, Czech language courses), advisory services (career
            social and legal, services for students with special needs or for international students),

            cards are issued there, copying services and PCs (including the access to Internet) are av
            well. jCU Point sells T-shirts with the logo of CU and other souvenirs.
