For studies in Czech, the application form can be obtained from the Students Department of the faculties, from Information and Advisory Center of CU or in   SEVT, Inc. company. Studies in English

Each faculty has its own application form for studies in English. Students can submit their applications using the faculty online application. The application forms can also be downloaded from the faculty web site or sent by mail upon request.
