The Czech Republic demands the Apostila.  3.Other states It is necessary that the authenticity of signatures and stamps on document originals is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the state in which the university which has issued th its seat, or by a respective foreign organ and a respective diplomatic corps of the Czec state in which the university which has issued the diploma has its seat.
