University Editorial Board is a consultative body of the rector; it usually consists of seven members.

Rector or prorector authorized by the rector is a president of the board. The director of the University Press is a secretary of the board.

Rector appoints the members of the board from the representatives of the main science disciplines of the university, drafts of appointment are presented by the University Press director on the basis of recommendation of particular faculties and other parts of university.

The president of the board calls the board meetings according to requirements.

The president of the board calls at least twice a year a widespread board meeting to which he/she invites the members of the board and the representatives of the faculties, or other parts of the university. This meeting especially discusses the editorial plan draft of the University Press, and activity and management results of the University Press.
