Administrative Board is a CU organ which attends to university activity assertion of public interest and to regular management of the university property. The competence of the Administrative Board is based especially on issuing approval to basic property rights transactions.

Minister of Education, Youth and Sports appoints the members of the Administrative Board after discussing with the rector.
