International Staff Training

Training for Research Support Officers

The Training Week will include seminars, workshops and cover following themes:

  • Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowship

  • Evaluators view on H2020

  • Interim report of H2020 and sneak peek on FP9

  • Open access, intellectual property, data protection and use of project results


The programme will include presentations by external speakers:

Stijn Delauré - Head of International Funds, DOC - Research Coordination Office, KU Leuven

Torsten Reimer - Head of Research Services, The British Library,

Gill Wells - Head of European Team, University of Oxford


and experts from the Technology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences and European Commission.


All participants will have plenty of opportunities for presenting and networking.

The participation in Staff Training week is free of charge. Charles University will cover the cost of coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome dinner and cultural events.


Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses from Erasmus+ Staff Mobility grants from their home Institutions.



Due to limited capacity we have to restrict the number of participant per institution.  We will accept max. two people per partner institution.



The official language of communication is English.
