  page with photo; the copy should be full, clear and readable. Make sure your passport is valid six months more after the end of your exchange period! Otherwise you will be unable to get Russian visa.

• Letter of recommendation from the faculty

• General health certificate in Russian language

  Medical certificate confirming that you haven’t got contra-indications for study in the Russian Federation and at the faculty you are applying to; signed and stamped by your local doctor.

• HIV certificate

  The AIDS test result confirming that you haven’t got AIDS, valid on the territory of Russian Federation

• TBC certificate

  The certificates should be either performed in Applicant's native language AND in Russian language or officially translated into Russian language (including translation of stamps and signatures).

Průběh výběrového řízení

Rektorátní termín pro odevzdání podkladů:

• zimní semestr: 31. března,

• letní semestr: 5. listopadu.

Zájemci odevzdají výše uvedené podklady na zahraniční oddělení své fakulty k dřívějšímu termínu, který si fakulta určí sama. Přihlášky studentů se následně postupují na odbor pro zahraniční vztahy rektorátu. Vybraní uchazeči jsou nominování na partnerskou univerzitu.

2. St. Petersburg State University

Počet studentů: 2 studenti z každé fakulty

Podmínky: Dohoda osvobozuje od placení školného, partnerská univerzita zdarma zajistí ubytování na kolejích, podle aktuální finanční situace může poskytnout stipendium.

• TBC cerificate

  doesn’t have to be separate but there must be a note in the general certificate that LUNG X-RAY is normal, no pulmonary diseases found. It’s obligatory for the dormitory. If on separate sheet, it should be either performed in Russian or English language or officially translated from Czech into Russian language.

Po návratu

Po návratu ze studijního pobytu obdrží student z Odboru zahraničních vztahů UK doklad o absolvování studia v zahraničí (Transcript of records). Tento doklad mu bude předán proti předložení zprávy z pobytu (rozsah jedné až dvou stran A4 se stručným zhodnocením studia, přínosu pobytu a popisem praktických zkušeností využitelných pro další zájemce).
